Kilometer and digital board not working

I have a silver wing model 2005 ,I have it since 13 years. The kilometer and digital board stoped giving signal although I can still run the motorcycle normally. Any idea what is the problem. It cannot be driven since you cannot see anymore the fuel sign.

Located in Lebanon have my 600cc silver wing since 14 years, it is 2005 model. The digital kilometer is out of sight as well as the whole board not having electricity on it although all the fuses are operating. The moto is still functioning but without any information on board . Is it a common problem?
