I got one recently after ogling them for years.

Now my weather is crap and I don't plan on riding in the rain.

I also have telescopes and they say buying one will curse your weather for a while. I wonder if there is a similar curse for scooters?

How about a picture of your new ride?

What an eclectic array of rides.   Love that they're all light to mid-weight bikes too.  

For some reason, I'm attracted to the classic, middle weight, stripped down motorcycles for some reason.  Maybe nostalgia?

So it appears the 2003, 2009 and 2013 SWing's are all the same colour which by the colour code sticker on my scoot is Code R114CU - Candy Wineberry.  I like it!

It's interesting. I am not sure about Canada, but the European S Wing was offered in different colors than US. Possibly they had actual color "choices" depending on year. I am going to check it out and see what I find.

I do know the last year for the SWing to be imported into Canada was 2009.  I believe the USA went a few years longer.  I don't know about the different color choices ...

Welcome to the forum, I am in Tucson too and YES I have a 2003 Silverwing. I ride daily. We have a scooter club and we go to rides almost every month. Check our face book page Sky Island Riders Scooter club. Also Me and a friend we ride almost every week end.

Hey everybody - well - I've abandoned the SW - It just didn't feel right to sit in that feet-forward position to me. And was a little small for my large frame - 6"2, 280. Yeah it was a powerful and fun scoot - but just never felt right on it. Couldn't get comfy. I guess I'll stick to motor-sickles. Been fun though. So, sold it last night - to a nice chap who has another for his girl. They love them. They will probably be on the forum soon. Ta-ra.
