My SW 2008 Signal Lights are faded, they are plastic, so is their a product to clean/buffer up to make them crystal clear?

Probably the same kind of product(s) which is used to restore auto headlamp lenses.

Find a good plastic cleaner like this there a few others that work well. Prep is the key buy some painter's tape to protect other parts around light. Once clean just needs a little touch up to keep it clear. It's not hard to find.
