PostSubject: Hanson trike kit question   Hanson trike kit question I_icon_minitimeSun Jun 28, 2020 6:10 pm

I just bought a 2012 silver wing with a Hanson trike kit installed. The bike is 8 years old and was in storage, occasionally started. Fluids changed and just looked at and polished by a senior citizen in Michigan. He decided to ship to a friend in Florida last year because he intended to come here and use it, but the virus changed his plans and He told his friend to sell. It has 658 miles on it. For real. Photo attached. I couldn’t believe it till I saw and rode it. Just need to soften up the ride. His friend put 40 lbs in the rear trike shocks and 35 in the tires. I reduced the car tires to 20 as well as the air shocks. I thought I saw on the forum, the manufacturer recommended 10-12 in the tire, but saw nothing on the shocks, I have the wings tires at 35. Any experience out ther to help. Thanks. I am a new member as you can guess. Been riding about 50 years and need the 3 wheels at 76

Thanks Dale N for reply. I trued to send pm but have not posted enough to allow

No problem Zummy. Hope my info helped. And just to let everyone else know. Isn't it a Danson kit? Don't you just hate typos...
