Marc from Exton PA - Commercial Photographer 54
owner of a Silverwing 2012 with 11,000 miles and Silverwing 2002 (that I will sell this spring- just ask!) with 21,000 miles.   I ride for pleasure, put on 8K miles last year, mostly in PA and MD.   First bike, I love my Honda-  I think the way a Silverwing is always "downshifting" when you desire to decelerate makes the bike much safer for a newer rider.
I work on my bikes,  taking the wheels off was straightforward for a tire change.  Changing oil a simple task.   I'm a happy owner.

Sometimes I ride with Brandywine Motorcycle Riders,  a local group I found on Meetup.   Nice people who mostly ride HD's and don't give me a hard time about riding a scooter.   I keep up just fine.

I have lust in my soul for the Honda bat-cycle. NM4 Vultus.

Welcome Marc to the BEST SWing forum on the net. There's a lot of info here for working on your SWing. I've learned a lot just by being a member.
I used to ride with a group that had "real" motorcycles and they looked kind of sideways when I first rode up. But after we took off and got on the highway I never got sideways looks again. I kept right up with them and had better acceleration than a couple of others. The SWing is a nice bike!

Hi, Marc, It's great that you are a hands-on owner. Many of us here are in that category, at least with routine maintenance. The Vultus is a rare beast, and I have ever only seen one for sale.
Welcome to the site.

Jay.
