New member here

Hi everyone,
I am new here. I'm from Houston, TX, and last month I picked up a used 2012 Silver Wing FSC600A.
So far, I like my new ride, both the way it performs and its condition. I registered here to learn from you folks, as Honda scooters are completely new to me.

Welcome to the forum Ray. You'll find that the SWing is very reliable and fun to ride with great performance. There's lots of people here with plenty of info on how to maintain and work on your SWing. I'm sure you will like it as much as the rest of us do.

Ray, your ride looks very distinctive with the 2-tone seat. I also like the black color, more than any other.
You have an entire library of information and should make good reading when it's too cold in Texas to ride. Not a bad place to hang out !

Greetings from arky!  Love your Corbin seat.  Mine made a huge difference for me.  Consider buying a backrest! Feel free to search for answers to your questions and don't feed the misfits...

Thanks! I had several options to select between, but this color combination of black scooter and tan seat made my choice.

That's the reason why I registered on your forum, folks! While I have some time, I'd rather work on my ride before the new season. Besides, I am not a fan of riding when it's cold...

Welcome Ray! Nice scoot and I too love the seat. I put about 70 miles on mine yesterday and it was wonderful. Chilly but at least in Arizona I have a 12 month riding season!!!

as i recall all US Silverwings from 2011 thru 2013 came in any color you wanted (as long as it was BLACK) also all US models had ABS standard (which may have even been the case for a year or two before as well) black looks great when is clean, unfortunately it only stays clean for a few seconds after detailing is completed!
