| One of my friends is trying to sell me on a newer brand of spark plug. The name is e3. I went to their site and they claim these plugs will give you a quicker start, more power, and better MPG. They recommend the e3.38 for our silverwings. I have found these on ebay for 7.39 each. I wonder if any of you Swingsmiths have tried these yet? If so I would like to hear your ideas. |

| Not seen them over this side of the pond, but they are a variation on the SplitFire plug that was a popular 'performance upgrade' in the late 80's to mid 90's, these days most just go for an NGK Iridium which has much the same claimed benifits of the e3 but greatly extended lifespan, if you want to go that way you want CR8EHIX-9 which is NGK stock # 3797 |

| All hype my 2 cents. NGK or DENSO Iridium are great plugs.
Rock Auto $5 something. Using NGK in everything I own never had a problem.

| Iridium rocks! I have used them for years and had them last nearly 200K. Most likely will be the last plugs you buy. |
