Indian had a "test drive" event in Peoria, AZ last weekend. I got to ride a "Classic" and a "Chieftan"! The fit and finish is very good. I didn't really care for the foot peg/rests system, I have to lift my right foot UP to hit the brake. The digital info screen washes out in the slightest amount of light and the classic gauges (while beautiful) are so small my mature eyes have problems. Power is NOT an issue, gobs of it and torque? YES, 111 cubic inch V-Twin. Indian does have a neat plus on the Chieftan; an electrically adjustable windshield a feature Honda needs to incorporate in the Gold Wing. Victory uses a similar system but then both are owned by Polaris so...

Overall, nice bikes but doubt if I would spend the $$$ on one.
