| I want to hook up a Knight Riderz" LED sequential/brake light but need to know what OEM colored wire to attach the LED wires to. The instructions say:
black wire to ground.....(presumable another black wire). Blue wire to "running light power source" Red wire to "brake light power source"
I tried the search and see that several of you have hooked this LED bar up but didn't see any mention of which OEM wires were used
Any help will be appreciated. |

I would strongly suggest DennisB's Perfect Connector which would plug into the under rear left corner 6 pin connector with 5 wires

| Here you go Ted.
The Swing ground wire at the rear taillight harness is the green wire. The Swing running light power source is the black/brown (bi-colour) wire. The Swing brake light power source is the green/yellow (bi-colour) wire.
May I recommend the DennisB Perfect Connector. It isn't cheap, but it is of the highest quality and will make your life much easier, unless you enjoy tapping into existing wiring and creating a bird's nest. I'm an electronics guy who can solder blindfolded and in my sleep, and even I bought his Perfect Connector. |

| For new members; The items Dennis makes can be found in Dennis' Shop on the Forum page (blue box at top of page). I hope he's still making them because he has had many good reviews. I'd post a link, but I don't know how. He also has pictures. Those I understand. |

| I just got an Admore light bar and will install as soon as I receive my perfect connector. Dennis was going to start until at least the first. Have to wait till SWing is back from first service anyway. Dealer got bought out do they moved locations. Hope they call tomorrow, not riding's killing me. |

| Many thanks for the info. Will take a hard look at the location of the wires today and decide which way I want to attach them. |

| I installed my Admore light-bar using Dennis's connector - piece of cake! Pictures of the wiring I did are in my album. _________________ Mike - Riding on the right - riding for pleasure!
