PostSubject: Dropped bike - need to replace some of the tupperware   Sun Oct 02, 2011 4:26 pm

Trying to turn the bike around in a small left-hand circle, almost made it, started leaning too far to the inside, couldn't recover in time, bike dropped (as did I). Embarassed For me only my pride is damaged, but I can't say the same for my baby. Crying or Very sad Scraped/gouged the following tupperware (names from the service manual): left front cover, left floor skirt, left side body cover, rear cover (the black plastic cover at the rear of the transmission). My baby is a 2002 Candy Wineberry Red. Based on the degree of damage to each separate panel I'm trying to decide whether to try to fill the gouges and paint them over (separate thread), or just replace it completely. I would have to sell my house to pay for these from Honda, and it simply isn't in the budget. That's where you guys come into the picture.

Does anybody have, or at least know of, any of these panels for my year/color? I would only be interested in panels which look really good (no scratches or dings). If you can help me out please reply with what you have and what you are asking for it.

Thanks everybody!
