 | Subject: Drafts; how to save one and then retrieve them Wed Apr 08, 2009 9:39 pm | |
| Hi, It just so happens that I had 2 members ask how to retrieve a "Draft" after it has been saved. 1) In order to create or save a "Draft" you need to reply to a post. But you can not use the quick reply in order to save your reply as a "Draft". 2) After saving your "Draft" and leaving the topic...if you want to retreive your "Draft" that was saved: a) Go to "Profiles" b) Then you will see about 6 different links in your 'Profiles" c) Go to "Drafts"; it is the last link you can see d) When your "Drafts" link opens you will see your "Draft". e) Hit the "Modify" link and it will allow you to a few things with it, where posting it is one of the options. If you have any problems please get back with me. Again, you can not save a Post using the "quick reply"...only by hitting the "Reply" button, posting a reply, and then saving it as a "Draft". Thanks. _________________ Ride safe, JeffR 2007 Silver Wing (30,000 miles) 2005 Majesty 400 (sold 12,500 miles) 2004 Reflex (sold 3,500 miles) Givi Windshield, top case, vista cruise, power commander, dr pulley sliders, air hawk seat pad, (J. | Thanks JeffR, I found that thing in the Profile section after we "chatted" the other night. Never did find anything on column widths though other than something about moving "widgets" which I couldn't find any info on. |
