| I have been riding a 400s bergman 2005 and just bought a 2004 silverwing for more stibility at higher speeds. that worked, but the seat seems rounded instead of flat like the bergman. i saw a Corbin seat on line for 500.00 as a replacement. any knowledge on doing this |

| Tubeck, I have a Corbin seat on my SWing. It is very easy to swap seats (4 bolts and a new lifting strut), but you probably will have to shim the rear latch for it to close properly. Search past discussions... I think it is already pretty well documented. The new seat took care of my comfort issues, but just know that a Corbin seat is pretty firm. It takes a little getting used to... what they call break in time. Let me know if you have more specific questions, and I'll try to answer them for you. |
