PostSubject: Got Lucky, and sold my home   Thu Jul 21, 2011 5:12 pm

I just sold my home in Florida and moved to Georgia. I sold my home and due to the infamous Florida sinkholes I combined the insurance checks and the buyers cash and payed her off. In todays economy and working as a realtor I got lucky and sold my house, payed off the credit card and get to start fresh. Moving to Georgia has been an experience for my wife and I as the state is beautiful, at least around here. Riding through the farm country with the huge Pecan tree farms, peaches and corn fields has been therapeutic for me. My income for last year was dismal to say the least. I just kept going backward like a lot of folks, having to use the credit card etc. So I got lucky and I hope others on this forum get lucky as well. Dennis you are over due for some luck!

Yes I kept the Silver wing and the wife's TDI. I have a small retirement income from a pervious life that covers our needs. The big plus here is there are jobs and people are living comfortably.
