Yes! These are powered off my headlight. Very low voltage draw.

I was quite surprised to find that my nice new SWing did not have 4 way flashers/hazard lights as my last two Honda bikes (a Deauville and before that a Varadero) both came equipped with them from new. Perhaps times are getting hard for Honda San especially judging by some of the accessory prices !!!

If you're a DIY'er here is a project for you. Dennis is the chief gadget and gizmo guru here and his plug n' play connector needs to be part of this or any electrical project.

When I began to add lights and electronics to my scoot I knew I wanted to have one source of power and one ground location just to keep troubleshooting simple. I bought and installed a Centech power block and run all my power and grounds to it. That way I keep the harness free from cuts and shorts. The electronics are powered with switched power (thru a relay) so everything shuts down when the key is turned off, except the 4-ways. My thought was if I have to leave the bike on the side of the road, I could still lock it up and leave the 4 ways on.

I mounted the fuse block on the inside of one of the access panels in the trunk (on the battery side) Here is a picture I will post some better views tomorrow.

Here are the picture updates.

Inside the trunk-fuse panel door closed

Fuse panel is easily accessible for fuse checking
