| Had a pleasant day's riding with Old Limey and his sil today.
A bit of brisk riding but in a safe and controlled manner. Looking forward to the next one.
OL only contacted me yesterday teatime so no chance to let other people now about it. Next ride will try and get one or two more to join us.

| I don't think so - there aren't all that many Silverwings about.
However, there are a couple of scooter/maxiscooter clubs which have members all over the country and they have regional 'chapter' meets and rideouts.

| I was in the Masham area recently, I met my bro' in law in Settle and we went there via Hawes, Askrigg and Leyburn and returned to Settle via Pateley Bridge and Grassington. We used all the minor roads we could find and the weather was dry and fine a grand day out. We had lunch in Tan Hill last week, another good day's ride, back via Mallerstang, the Coal Road, Dent and Barbondale. This drought the Southern softies are moaning about is certainly making for some good ride- outs !!! |

| bikerboy, you're in my regular riding area. I ride through Settle on the country lanes to Ribbleshead Via duct and on to Hawes. Coming back at the via duct i carry on and go to Ingleton,then either back on the A65 to Wigglesworth or across to Higher Bentham -Lower Bentham and Wray to Lancaster and end up at Glasson Dock. I was out at Slaidburn on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday, too many Sunday bikers and cyclists.  |
