Something smells funny here! We were both in on th 24th - all day, and there is a note on our door telling the delivery guy that in the event of us not answering then our neighbour is authorised to sign for any package on our behalf.

Strangely enough I can't get hold of anybody from Royal Mail today - they seem to be having a day off (again)....
