| I didn't get a chance to ride but I did visit Colorado for a week and it seems like a very bike-friendly place. Lots and lots of motorcycles in Ft. Collins where I was working, and quite a few scooters too.
No helmet law, but I'd say 80% of the riders I saw were wearing helmets.
Of course the weather was perfect for riding all week. I was dying for a ride but all I had was my rental car. The scenery was gorgeous and the people were nice and seemed very accommodating to cycles both motorized and people-powered. |

I miss Colorado... Great people, sunshine 300+ days a year, temperate climate in the Front Range, and a fantastic area to ride in - straight or twisty. My wife and I lived there for 10 years before the job market dried up for me.
