| Ladies, Gentlemen, Having owned 9 motorcycles in the last 5 years, I can say without reservation, that my 2009 Swing ABS is the best bike I have ever owned. I purchased the bike 6/6/2010 from berts Mega Mall here in Covina California. 6 weeks and 1600 miles later I am COMPLETELY happy with her. I have had a Vino scooter, a Bajaj Chetak, Kymco People 250, Kymco Xciting 250, Honda Rebel 250, Yamaha V-Star 650, Kawasaki KLR 650, Kawasaki Versys and lastly, and most important Honda Silver Wing 600 . The Honda has all the features, power, storage, comfort, that I wanted. I know my list of previous bikes is long, but it was a journey that had to be undertaken. I have found true happiness. I use the bike for work, I travel quite a bit, and needed a vehicle that could handle Los Angeles heavy traffic, yet be able to tour on the weekends for hundreds of miles. Anyway, thank you for allowing me participate on the site, and I hope to make a new group of friends. SWing2010 |

| Hey SWing, Welcome to the forum and hope you enjoy it. I've had my SWing for a little over 3 years, after many m/c's, and it is my favorite too. If you like to do your own maintenance you should check out the maintenance and pictorial sections. I'm up in the S.F. bay area and the SWing is a great bike. Welcome. _________________ Ride safe, JeffR 2007 Silver Wing (30,000 miles) 2005 Majesty 400 (sold 12,500 miles) 2004 Reflex (sold 3,500 miles) Givi Windshield, top case, vista cruise, power commander, dr pulley sliders, air hawk seat pad, (J. | Welcome to the site. You just think that Silverwing has everything you need. Stick around, but be forewarned these people will be showing you things that you didn't know you needed, and they'll show you where to find them and how to install them. Great group of people! Enjoy the ride. |

| 'You just think that Silverwing has everything you need". Man, you can sing that in B flat . I'm sure there are some riders who ride bone stock but they are few and far between. I guess half the fun of riding any sort of bike is adding things or doing things to it that makes the scoot really yours. In that regard you'll find posts here that will fuel that inclination . |

| Hi Swing2010, Welcome to the forum. Happy you decided to join in. The streets and Freeways of L.A. is where I learned to ride also. It's a tough school on L.A. streets and a person learns fast. Happy you survived and enjoy that new Silverwing. Again, Welcome. |
