My imput for riding safety

i read what some of you said about where to ride in your lanes .... i ride on the right 1/3 when no traffic behind me, and the left 1/3 when treaffic in front of me.

I ALWAYS watch the front tire of a car waiting at an intersection. I can see the tire start to turn before I can see the car start to move.

When I passed my motorcycle licence test(50 odd years ago) the examiner said " You have passed. Now remember Everyone out there is trying to knock you off,so ride with that in mind and you will be okay".The only thing I would add is in contact with any other vehicle the bike rider WILL lose.

Old advice is still good advice!

My suggestion,ride like they do not see you and never assume any thing. All ties go to the train.  Howard

my instructor was/is a motorcycle police officer. He did say always ride defensively and remember the 2,4 and 8 second rule for looking ahead.
