Dash conversion information

For those that want to convert painted dash to padded dash (pre/post 2007) in the US I believe.
The parts information is in two pictures in my album. Album linked in sig.
This is an old document I created and posted many years ago, but it seems to be gone.
I was recently asked for the information so I have put it where all can find it and it will not disappear.
