Got these strip lights on ebay for $3.09 and installed them on my topbox. I wired them into the running lights. They look really sharp at night.

paid $3.97 for this thermometer on ebay. It was a little work installing. Made a little metal bracket and used the screw on the dash to mount it. Used velcro to mount the thermometer to the bracket. Had to remove the headlight garnish and windshield to make access to the screw easier. Tried to tighten the screw without removing the windshield but just wasnt happy with the little bit of torque i could get with the angled screwdriver. I ran the thermometer sensor wire underneath the garnish and mounted the sensor underneath the front fairing out of direct sunlight. cheap mods Img_1420

Nice mods! Do you have a link for the thermometer? I have been wanting to install one for quite a while now...

Not sure how to post a link so just search ebay with the keywords- mini digital thermometer. The possibilitys are endless but i liked this small round one cause it sorta matched the round gauges. Just wished it had a backlight. There are lots of square ones with backlights, maybe i'll switch it out someday.
