CVT For Newbies

I'm sure this topic may be somewhere on this site but I couldn't find it.  Excuse my redundancy if this is the case.  Happy to have someone redirect if best.

I'm new to the Swing and to cycling with an engine other than under my own power.

I like to learn everything about anything I'm doing.  i.e. introduction to sea kayaking meant that I designed and built my own sea kayak.

I searched through Youtube and found a professional animated video on how CVT technology works from scooters to cars.  Now, I am a bit more "educated" when it comes to tech speak in this forum.  I'm also another step forward into maintaning my Swing.

Glad the video was of good quality for ya experts and all.  I certainly understand what the "V" is all about.  This system is an ingenious invention.  

I certainly enjoy learning how things work.  Helps to be proficient in what one is doing, especially when getting out of the proverbial pickle is only up to me.....

Also, the second thing I did with my Swing was to take off all the covers from gas tank forward.  No worries.  I bought a digital download of the Tech manual.

p.s.  I didn't ask for anything for my birthday because nothing came to mind.  Now, I know.  A good Torque Wrench!  Something every woman wants in her "wardrobe."  LOL
