Hello from Appleton Wisconsin

Just joined this website today, I've owned two silverwings , the first a 2007 in 2007. I just traded it a few days ago for a 2013 model. I've taken rode trips with the 2007 to Florida, Minnesota, Canada, Arkansas to name a few . I enjoy tent camping, traveling to places I've never been before.

whitehorn welcome to the best Silverwing forum on the web. It's taken you eight years to find this great forum? I don't need to tell you how good the Silverwing is.
If you plan on doing your own maintenance you'll find you can do anything you need or want with the service manual and help from this forum.
I add the paragraph below for most new members because there's a lot of information in the links and may save you some work.

I guess we don't need to tell you much about the Silverwing as you're definitely an experienced scooter traveler. I still find it amazing how versatile these small engine machines are and how well the can perform. Enjoy your self on this fine friendly Silverwing forum. Very nice folks here, they don't even rag me for having a BMW scooter at present instead of a cool SW.
