Adam, some of us talked about this a little while ago and a mention of meeting up at Avebury in Wiltshire. Nothing has come of it yet.

I was working sorry..........a friend went down to watch at beachy head I think he may have gone on his wing......im up for a ride (if im off) just post dates times places etc

You might want to try asking on the other board also.
That one is run by a Brit, and the original following is British.
They have a section for new meets.
I have seen a number of ride-outs posted over the years.
There may be a few active Scooter clubs there already.

Most of us belong to www.maxi-muppets.co.uk (I'm Bob there) and that would probably be another way of organising a meet.

I also belong to the other club that you mention but I just cant get to grips with the forum format. I much prefer this site and this format.

The owner of this forum has a more relaxed attitude for the members. Good luck in organizing your ride. Wish I could join you, but I was on a ride yesterday of only about 200 miles. It was hot and we were required to wear long sleeve shirt, high top boots, jacket and reflective vest. When I got home, it was difficult to remember which continent I was on. Summer riding is not nearly as much fun as winter for me.
Again, good luck on getting a ride up. When you do, take and post some pictures. It is good for others to put faces to members. And I think it is neat to meet riders that you only know by avatars. Kinda like E-Harmony.com.
