Hi to all Swing Riders !. My name is Jan . I have been a SW rider since 2005, the same one 2003 red ABS SW. I did started my journey in great USA -Happy 4 July to all !!.
Recently living in Poland . Next week I am going to ride to southern Poland ! Hope the weather will stay beautiful.
Thanks to this forum  i know more about Silver Wing. This forum, friends and shop manual ,helped me do my own repairers and upkeep.
Thank you all!
P.S. I did not ride my SW from US to Poland Smile.

So, did you have troubles with the SiWi during those 7 years?
Or just normal maintenance.

Mine is a also a (dark) red 2001, no troubles at all.

Thank you very much. No trouble at all, just new battery, tires, new belt. Regular oil and filters changes . I do have a Ram mount for a GPS,external power socket, large Givi box with stop light. Also extra led stop light with blinking function. I did made a custom bracket for it. In general I have been very happy with SW.

John is good. Mileage is low , due to short brake in long distance riding. Just local driving . Just getting back and starting to remember how much I did enjoy it Smile.
