Newbie Question!

Just purchased a set of LED driving lights from AutoZone and mounted them to the fender bolts(for now). I looked at the forum on mounting, hooking up to the battery, relays and such. What I did not find is the best way to run the wires from the front to the battery. This thing is buttened up like a sherman tank. Any suggestions will be appreciated. It may be time to buy a manual.

I sent this earler but it did not show up, If it comes up 2 x, sorry!

The manual will be worth the money in the long run.

There are several posts on the forum covering what you need. Use the search looking for something like wire routing. I used the tube that runs along the edge of the foot boards, it is not capped at either end and is fairly easy to get to.

Try this link: http://www.silverwing600.com/t2842-light-bar-safety-and-good-looks?highlight=wiring

You might also want to order one of DennisB's light bars, they look nice.

+1 on Dennis' light bar. If these are truly driving lights to see the road, and not simply lights to be seen...then you want to mount them as high as possible so they are aimed down at the road, not up into on-coming driver's eyes.

Here's what I did. It was very easy:
