Every 2 years.
That's not very long. The Honda Type 2 coolant factory installed and called for as replacement is rated by Honda itself as being 5 year coolant. There's nothing different in the Swing engine from any other Honda aluminum car engine to necessitate early changeout AFAIK.
I'll do mine after 3 years just to be safe, or anal, whichever you prefer.
