PostSubject: Greetings from Arizona   Fri Oct 07, 2011 7:42 pm

I've just joined the SilverWing Forum and am looking forward to participating with other SilverWing owners. After owning two GoldWing GL1500's and two GL1800's, I've graduated to the SilverWing as age has decreased the strength in my legs but not the desire to cruise on two wheels. the SilverWing was the logical choice. I recently purchased a 2006 600 CC model from a Honda dealer in Tucson and have just had a new belt and front tire installed. Next on my list is a topbox with a built-in back rest for my partner who enjoys the rides as much as I do. She is a great riding companion. If anyone has any suggestions on a good topbox and where to buy it, I would very much appreciate the advice. In the meantime will be checking in often. Jack

welcome Welcome Jack and congratulations on your graduation. I don't have a topbox, so I can't help you there. I know there was a discussion on different ones recently, so if you enter ropbox in the search function there should be information for you and your partner to peruse. I recall discusions of everything from GIVI to J.C. Whitney. I hope it will help you. welcome

Another area to check on topboxes on Silverwings is the Album section. Some of the members have pictures of their rides with topboxes. If you need more information on a particular one, you can PM that person. It's just a matter of finding the one that suits you.
