Hi all.
My names Paul (or Cookie) from Essex in the UK.
Having spent more time than I care to remember procrastinating about whether to get a big scoot I finally got my backside in gear and ordered a Silverwing yesterday (in blue). Looking forward to getting it sometime next week.
I ordered heated grips and the Honda topbox at the same time.
The idea is to use it for camping trips and days out and generally buggering off when I'm fed up with Essex Laughing
So, now I've got to start learning all about it as I hate owning anything and not knowing how it all goes together.
I've also got a week to clear all the crap out of the garage!

Keep safe, Cookie

Hi Meldrew - yep 'tis me. I've decided to 'go large' (hence having to clear out the garage) Smile

Welcome Cookie. Great place if you own a 'Wing', not too shabby even if you don't.

welcome welcome Howdy Paul ( or Cookie ). There are a lot of posts and pictorials availabel by using the search function. WARNING: You may lose large blocks of time just enjoying the wealth of information. Don't let it interfere with your riding. That's what rainy winter days are for. Don't clear that garage too soon. Stuff abhors a vacuum and will sneak back in and fill it up. lol! welcome

I know exactly how you feel mate, last year I ordered mine in mid September expecting to take delivery by 1st October at the latest. It came the second week in November, and while I was waiting we had a few decent weeks weather wise.
