Recently there was some talk of trout fishing. Last Wed. on the Big wood River in Sun Valley Idaho area. The river was giving up some good ones!

Hey Bob. You really need to check which section of the forum you post in. This really isn't a Silverwing topic. It should go under "General Chat".

Hi Bob,
Sounds good to me. I'll be there in 10 min. (I only wish). Do you have any pictures and what type flies are you using?

Not offended. Just trying to keep topics organized so that irrelevant trout is not mixed in with relevant Silverwing info. If topics were scattered helter skelter with no rhyme or reason this forum would quickly degenerate into a mess.

Looks like a 12"er. Nothing better... a day, week, mouth, or...what the hell, I life time of trout fishing. Thank You very much for the picture, looks wonderful. Makes me want to get out my old leaky hip waders and see if they still fit.

Bingo! You are right! almost all of the fish were between 12 to 15 ". bEAUTIFUL COLORED RAINBOW. Now till the end of Sept. is the time in Idaho for fly fishing. Have 2 more major trips planned this fall and a couple of shorter trips. The fishing is scary good. Some of us think it is irrelevant but fly fishing is almost as fun as riding our SW's. You're welcome any time!

Good Day to you Fisherman Bob.. My wife and I were in Eureka Springs Arkansas this weekend and while riding through one of the Missouri small river valley park areas we came across a Kids Trout Fishing day in progress. There were hundreds of kids pulling trout from the stream.
Yep, there are other things in life that are just as much fun as riding a swing. And I do love riding my swing.
