PostSubject: Honda's new T-Max competitor   Wed Apr 20, 2011 10:14 pm

Honda's Midi Concept scooter/bike has been discussed here before. French scooter website Scooter Central has a piece today about the Midi Concept being prepared for production as a competitor to the Yamaha T-Max.

Click here to read the article.

That's really nice. Very nice lines, good wx protection, large wheels, ABS. Looks like underseat storage might be a bit compromised, but hanging soft bags on the machine looks doable. Looks like it might be a really good competitor not only to the TMax, but also the Burgman 650-depending on the engine it receives.

NOW:

1. Will Honda actually build it, or will it be yet another concept bike which never makes it to production?

2. Will we get it here in the US?

3. If we do, will we in the US be smart enough to buy it, support it and keep it in production?
