| Good morning everyone .Got my bike out yesterday.from the compound we built for it.My name is Krazylady,and I live in Calgary Ab,Canada. The temperture here is +2(33 f).Going to check it all through ,then going for a ride.Snow still on the ground ,but roads are clear.Hubby has a 650 burgman.   Picture to follow  |

Got my scooter out yesterday.
Roads are still too dirty from the sand that was spread all winter.
Will wait till next weekend for a long ride.
Enjoy the summer, their way too short here. |

| Just have to be carefull of the sand and gravel.Took it out on the sideroads around town here.Have the gear for all seasons.around here.Wait for a nice rain,then it is time to ride. |

The only time I ever dropped a bike was on sand. The snow was gone, and it was warm. Just that one pesky corner where the sand built up. Lesson learned.
I hope it rains for you. Rain is a freind. It washes away the sand, and it's less likely to develop black ice.

| always have fun,just wished there were more riders too go with.Hubby is a truck driver,so only around two weekends a month.This year I plan on going places,to visit.I get the whole summer off,so can see more friends..What part of Chicago .Hubby and I used to team ,so have been all over the us.except Hawaii |

| Welcome Krazylady1951 (there has to be a story behind that handle, but not till the kiddies go to bed). You might try to google scooter clubs in your area. With the advent of the internet, a lot of clubs have web sites. That way you can check them out to see areas of interest. |

We live on the Northwest Side of Chicago. Grew up on the Northside, Lincoln Square neighborhood. What part of Chicago are you familiar with?
