Does anyone know how to replace the lid for the left (lockable) glove box? bounce

It's not the least bit easy, but it can be done.

There is one small phillips-head screw attaching the lid/hinge ass'y to the body. The screw goes straight up between the inner hinge pieces of the lid hinge. Of course it is on the body side hinge and you'll need a small mirror to see it. To complicate matters the hinge has got a small spring to counterbalance everything.

So you've got to be kind of working upside down & backwards when working with the mirror to remove the screw. Then hope that the spring doesn't zing off & go missing as you slide out the lid & hinge ass'y.

Verily I say unto you, "There will be the weeping and gnashing of teeth" when it comes to reassembly.

Another option would be to remove the entire front end, then remove the entire left compartment (you'll need a ~12" long phillips screwdriver) and then you'll have "easier" access to the lid hinge.
