We love the weather in March.
San Antonio weather
The Hill Country could be a little cooler.
The weather could be warm. For the cold weather, if you have your rain/waterproof gear pants and jacket, then good layering should handle the majority of case.
I would suggest both winter and summer gloves for your comfort.
