Hi mates,having had the machine for 5 years or so, have only now noticed a neat hole on the underside of the ball end of leaver,what is it for ?(underside of front brake leaver ball end)none on rear brake leaver.

It balances the hole on the opposite lever. Stops you steering into oncoming traffic.
