I thought I'd introduce myself I've been riding for 51 years had 19 motorcycles / scooters I'm on my second Silverwing and love the way it handles here in sunny Florida. I retired from the Auto industry working in service for 35 years and have always liked tinkering with motorcycles. Honda has been my favorite due to the Quality build and reliability. I picked this one up from a dealer who was selling it on consignment and immediately noticed the rear tire was new but the front was original and only had an eighth in tread and cracks throughout. the dealer of course ran it through their service department telling me that everything checks out just fine. A six-year-old Tire with little tread is an accident waiting to happen, rubber deteriorates from the inside out so I had them match the rear tire before I would take delivery.
As they say keep the shiny side up, everyday is a good day to ride.
