Just purchased a low mileage (5600) red Swing. New to scoots as I have spent the last 30 years riding Harleys but the old body and old injuries have caught up with me but I have to keep riding.

| Cammy
Welcome to the forum. You made a good choice, no more shifting and you'll have plenty of power. And best of all, Harley riders will still waive at you on the highways. Enjoy your Swing!

Welcome to the best SWing site on the net Cammy. I know that I like to ride my 08 SWing very much. You'll find, after you've ridden it a while, that it will keep up to most any bike on the road. It might not have the get up and go like a "crotch rocket" type but it will do interstate speeds all day without breathing hard.

I am also new to riding the Swing. Riding with the groups around Knoxville I find that I do not ache after a 300 mile ride. You soon forget you're only on a scooter.

Cammy, the SWing is the best ride going ! Good bunch of guys and gals here too. I've come across a few Harley riders who only ride on sunny days and run for cover at the slightest hint of rain. No such concern on the SWing: fair cover from the weather and a quick wipe down and you are done. Jay.
