| After not having a bike for over 25 years I just bought a 2012 Silverwing even though I had been looking at a Burgman 650. The mileage is just over 6K and I will pick it up on Tuesday as soon as the shop puts a new rear tire on it. |

| Welcome to the best SWing site on the net. Lots of info and people willing to help. I have an 08 SWing and have gotten plenty of helpful info here to help me do most of my own maintenance. |

| No top box installed. Nothing under seat. Feels like drive train is torquing away from frame. |

| How can i find engine/trans mounting bolts? i do not have a bike lift but am reasonably proficient mechanically. If I do find some loose what do I re-torque them to? I may be posting this in the wrong place. If so, where should I post such questions on this forum?

| If you purchased it from a dealer, it may not be too late to have them repair it. |

| Is the wobble front end or rear? If front then could be head bearings loose or need replacing.
Oh, and welcome. |

| Check your tire pressures front and rear. My VT 1100 had a similar wobble and I found the rear tire had 20 psi instead of the 33 it required. With low miles on your SWing, I don't see anything too drastic wrong with it. Check the basics. Jay.
PS Always check your bike over when you get it from the shop. They overlook, overinflate, underinflate , mount tires the wrong way, and overtighten your brake pads. I speak from personal experience. |
