| Hi, My name is Dieter. I live in a beautiful part of South Africa (mountains, lakes, forests, and ocean) I have had my 2011 Silver Honda Silverwing for just 3 months - and LOVING it. Bought it used and have spent about R10,000 ($715) on repairs as it was badly neglected. Now its cruising super smooth. Only question i have is: on longer rides at avg speed of 100/110km/h i find the engine vibration is just that particular frequency that it gives me numb-nuts. Anyone else experience that? D

| !Welcome to the forum, Dieter. I can't say that I've ever seen any mention of vibration at that speed --not to mention felt in that location. It seems to me that any vibration noticed would be in the hands. But then maybe this is the scooter gods' way of telling you you're not going fast enough Tim |

| Hello and welcome Dieter.
If the vibration ONLY occurs at that speed, I would suggest getting the wheels balanced, especially the rear. |
