New dog has arrived

New dog arrived, my second Yorkshire, perfect for riding on bike. This one small enough to ride in tank bag or in my E-45 Givi box.
He should not get over 6-7 lbs, so little effect on handling.
Jake last dog, got to over 20 lbs, and although good rider was too big to be good bike dog----and has found nice home in country.
New guy's name, Donald...because of comb over with light colored hair. He is 18 weeks old.
I like dog on trips---nice alarm system in tent.

Congratulations on the new Pup John! I hope we will get to see some photos of him. I love the name Donald too. Hopefully he will have better manners...

Congrats on the new riding companion John. Your dog has the world on his shoulders to prove the name is not tied to loud and/or objectionable people.

So Donald is not going to be "huge" after all!

New Dog--Donald made first bike trip yesterday---80 miles round trip to Vet. Rode fine-----cat travel box/bag inside my vented Givi Box. Perm. ride will be free in box with cover on hole in box, cut so only his head can pass thru. First rides he will have small chain on his harness to catch if he tries to jump. Past experience with dogs riding, once they are used to ride and box they don't need to be secured, even my Jack Russells.

He is living with another family---their dog now.
