| I participated in the 9th annual Devil's Highway Run. It's a poker run that follows a 260 mile loop that starts in Springerville, AZ and goes into New Mexico, back into Arizona, then follows the Devil's Highway (old Route 666) from Morenci back to Springerville.
It was a great time, spending 3 days on my scooter and covering almost 600 miles. I had a near-miss with a deer on the road (caught on my helmet cam) but the weather was about as perfect as it could get. I would highly recommend this ride to anyone who lives in (or can visit) the Southwest U.S. anytime in the spring through fall. |

| Now that's a real poker run. Looking at the map, it indicated 2 minutes more to go 117 miles than 148. That must be some twisty roads. Thanks for the report. |
