After removing plastic handlebar shroud----I moved/rotated bars forward to the extent mirror stems did not contact windshield on full lock, thinking this would move weight forward----ok for riding, but really I have never liked high bars.So moving weight really did nothing for the "vertical hinge in the middle" feeling a loaded for tour SilverWing has------and so does Burgman 400.Extreme rear weight bias

Conclusion: Now have rotated bars back down, so measuring middle of bar ends are now are 42 and a half in from floor with bike on centerstand
Limiting factor is rotation of both master cylinders.
Riding fine/control maybe better than stock as there is some "lean in/on" bars.
