My name is Greg McCormick I am a Locksmith by trade.
I used to ride scooters when I was 18 but stopped riding them in 1994.I have not been on one in 19 years.I just purchased a 2012 Honda Silver Wing feels strange.I am still trying to get my bike legs back. lol There are a lot mountain roads up so I will be having some fun. I am glad to have found this forum as I am looking forward to meeting scooter owners like myself.

Welcome Greg,
I, like you had ridden motorcycles for 20+ years and then got the scooter itch. At the same time, I wanted to get a motorcycle so I read Proficient Motorcycling by Peter Egan, and found out about CounterSteering and that led to taking the MSF course and those 2 things will make your riding again a lot Safer and more satisfying for you, your passenger, and fellow motorists... best to you with your new to you Swing... billc.

Welcome aboard. Back in the early 60's, in winter, my family use to go on day sledding and toboggan trips to Frasier Park. You live in a beautiful part of S.Cal. I always had a great time in your neck of the woods when I was a kid.

Greetings and salutations and other positive stuph...

I got my sw as a spur if the moment good deal and now I'm stuck cause i have not found anything else as comfy, fun, or with more storage...

Install the but rest to back rest and a GPS/phone holder on your bars and you to will have a hard time enjoying any other bike... Wink
