Hi,

I came across this article comparing the Silver Wing and the Burgman 650 and thought it was a good article. I don't think it is good because he decided to buy the Silver Wing , but because it just seems well-balanced and non-partisan. It seems he thinks they are very close but he did decide to buy the Silver Wing. Just thought it would be good reading.

Thanks Jeff, that was a good find. I thought it was a fair comparison
and he was as objective as possible considering his intent was to
purchase one of these bikes. It was interesting since I am considering
these in my choices for a bike, I have recently added the TMAX to the
list. :m/c:

Ride safe,
Wes

Nice article Jeff. Thanks for posting it. It was the "bulkiness" of the Burgman that shifted my preference to the Swing. Now, fter just over 6,000 miles I am even more sure that I made the correct choice. The Swing is just so much fun to ride on the winding roads in the foothills.

I agree. I got on one of the guy's Burgman last week. It was heavy and much wider than the Silverwing. I'm glad I picked the Silverwing also, I'm just loving this bike!

I rode a Burgman once for about 5 miles. I couldn't wait to pull over and get back on my S'wing.

Note: We are preaching to the choir here....

Skiwoods - Yes, we may be "Preaching to the Choir", but it sure sounds good... Smile
