My first day out on the Wing

Set off this morning at around 09:00 for the 75
mile trip to Portland. Weather was warm and enjoyable. I had an
uneventful trip on the Silverwing but very enjoyable. It's great to be
able to pass traffic at will.

Arrived at Doug's ( a friend who is contemplating a Wing in the autumn) around 11:15
and showed him around the scoot, that reminds me must clean the drool
off it tomorrow. We had a couple of cups of coffee and a good natter
about all and everything.

Then off too Weymouth for a roll
from Subway and very nice it was too especially as Doug was buying. We
swapped bikes for a part of the way and I thnk he likes the Wing. Had
lunch by the sea and then realised it was 15:00 and time for my return
home.

On my way home I found that the ABS works as some female cut me up on a roundabout.

What fun. Isn't it amazing how the time just gets away from you when you're out having a good time.

I was always a fan of Honda's adverts in the 70's - "You meet the nicest people on a Honda."

Sounds like you had fun. I still really enjoy riding my SWing and can't wait until my next ride. Were you able to take any pics? Maybe you can post some pics next time your ride. We would all like to see some nice pics of the area you ride in. Congrats on your first ride.
