Here's the scoop as of 2020.
When I ordered mine in Spring 2020, Joachim Fehling (company owner) responded to me to say the rear side racks for the Silver Wing are not part of their regular inventory. However, he said they would fabricate a set for me as their production schedule allows. Perhaps that's why they remain on their website ... dunno?
However, he also said there would likely be a delay of up to a couple of months. And that's exactly what it took to receive my chrome racks for my 2009 FSC600. They were very well made, fit perfectly and have stood up very well after 4 riding seasons and moderate use.
Regarding the models/years listed on their website, We here know the Silver Wing chassis remained the same throughout it's production life (at least until the cosmetic facelift) and so their racks should fit all production years. I ordered mine based on this.
I even sent them a note on expanding the fitment years etc. However, they chose, for whatever reason, not to change their website fitment information.
After my initial communications with Joachim Fehling, I dealt mainly with Petra Ullmann (and a little with Gabi Fehling) and both were very helpful in getting my order processed and shipped.
Darkshvein, I suggest you reach out to them directly and see if they would fabricate a set for you ... regardless of what others have opined here. Worth the shot if you really want them ... in my opinion.
