| I have one of those 12v leads connected to the batteries on all my bikes, I normally have them connected to drive heated grips or other accessories through a relay. Then disconnect when I need to use the charger, or I can also power up a small compressor that I carry for tyre emergencies on long rides. |

Yes you can use it as a power outlet as well :-) |

| Invaluable on all my 2 and 3 wheelers! Makes hooking up a battery maintainer a snap. In addition on a trip with the Silver Wing I can charge my phone or camera while riding and they are safely under the seat! |

| Sorry, but I did not get the idea of having this on SW. The 12V outlet in the left pocket is already and always connected to the battery. All I'm doing is using adapter like this in the picture and connecting my CTEK maintenance charger to it. ![Battery Tender Plug Captur10](https://i.servimg.com/u/f26/19/96/63/65/captur10.png) |
