This is used, but works like new.
The original box contains everything that it came with, and is ready to be installed and setup on your scooter.

It gave me a definite performance boost, and I was able to tune my bike with it after installing a K&N air filter and the Delkevic muffler. The bike is sold, so I am selling this too.
