How do I bleed the rear brakes on the trike? I can't find the rubber tip on the rear wheels. Do I do both of the wheels or just one side?

It didn't come with one. I bought the SW with the kit already on it.

Is the trike kit such that it has the 2 outrigger wheels and the existing Silverwing wheel in the middle? If so, then just bleed it as if the outrigger wheels were not there. Do they have brakes on them or do they rely on the stopping power of the regular front and rear brakes and the outrigger wheels are just ‘parasitic’? I guess it all depends on what trike setup you have. Any pics?

Do these two rear wheels have disc or drum brakes on them? If neither, nothing to do. If yes, you should be able to see the "brake lines" leading to them. The next question is are they cable or hydraulically operated? If cable, simple lubrication and perhaps tension adjustments are all that are required. If hydraulic brakes (i.e. with brake fluid -- the brake fluid reservoirs should be a clue), then they should be bleedable (read flushable) and refillable. |

Hello able316. It would be a great help to us if you could post some pictures of the trike rear end, particularly close ups of the breaking system(discs, calipers, or drums)for us to study, and then give further advise. Be safe, be seen!
