| Hi - I have a 2005 silverwing that I dont use too much but noticed that when I cruise my silverwing over 20MPH and take my hand off the throttle it still stays in place like its cruise control without any additional device. Should I be concerned ? how can i get the throttle to always spring back to neutral if i take my hand off it? please advise how to fix this
thanks in advance

| That’s dangerous. You should have it serviced asap. |

| It may not apply to Silverwings but I recall the same problem on X9s was caused by dirt building up between bar-end weight and the throttle grip. Removing the weight and cleaning it and the end of the throttle-grip cured it. |
